These Community Guidelines set the rules for hosting giveaways, participating in giveaways, and behaving on ScopliDrop. They supplement and form part of our Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these Guidelines and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail.
The short version:Run fair giveaways. Don't scam people. Don't cheat. Respect other users and our team. Violations lead to removal of giveaways, loss of features, or platform bans depending on severity.
Rules specific to lootboxes, ScopliPoints, and prize mechanics live in our Lootbox Rules. Privacy practices for data we ourselves collect are covered in the Privacy Policy.
π 100% Free Entry
Every giveaway on ScopliDrop is free to enter. No purchase required, no payment needed, no exceptions. We believe in fair, accessible contests for everyone.
Hosts may require participants to complete optional engagement tasks (follow on social media, join a Discord server, submit a form, etc.), but those tasks must never involve a purchase, a payment, or any monetary commitment from the participant.
Giveaways must comply with the laws of both the host's and participants' jurisdictions, as well as Discord's Terms. The following are strictly prohibited as prizes, themes, or required tasks:
We reserve the right to remove any giveaway that violates these rules, with or without notice. Repeated violations result in permanent platform bans.
Purchase-required giveaways are currently prohibited for legal compliance reasons. This includes any giveaway where participants must buy something to enter or have better odds.
Legal Reasoning: Purchase requirements can constitute illegal gambling or lottery activity in many jurisdictions. We prioritize platform safety and legal compliance over feature breadth. This policy may evolve as we expand our legal framework and obtain appropriate licenses.
Optional tasks that do not require payment (following a social account, joining a server, submitting a form, etc.) are permitted and are the primary engagement tools on ScopliDrop.
β±οΈ Winner Cooldown Policy
Giveaway hosts may enable a winner cooldown setting to promote fairness across their community. When enabled:
Some settings like winner cooldown aren't shown on Discord embeds to keep things clean. When in doubt, the server team (giveaway host) can fill you in.
β° Giveaway Extensions
Giveaway hosts may extend the end date of an active giveaway at their discretion. When a giveaway is extended:
Extensions are typically used when hosts want to give more people a chance to participate or when circumstances require additional time.
π What is Community Listing?
Community Listing lets you feature your giveaway publicly through ScopliDrop, reaching potential participants beyond your own community. All listings are manually reviewed by our team before being published.
To be approved for community listing, your giveaway must:
Once your giveaway is approved and listed, you must honor it. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Consequences: Scam giveaways result in a permanent platform ban. Spam or repeated violations result in removal of community listing access. We take these violations seriously to protect our community.
By submitting your giveaway to Community Listing, you grant ScopliDrop the right to promote it across our channels. This includes but is not limited to:
Promotional content may include your giveaway's prize description, server name, and entry link. We will not misrepresent your giveaway or share private server information. This right applies for the duration of your giveaway and any reasonable promotional period afterward.
Zero-Tolerance Policy on Scams:
ScopliDrop may ask you any questions about the validity of your giveaway and reserves the right to terminate any giveaway at our discretion. This includes but is not limited to:
Failure to cooperate with investigations or provide requested information may result in giveaway termination and account suspension.
Scoplify reserves the right to deny or remove public listings at our sole discretion to protect platform integrity. We actively monitor public listings and encourage users to report suspicious activity through our Discord support.
When a participant enters a giveaway and completes tasks that involve sharing personal information (such as email addresses), that data may be shared with the giveaway host for legitimate purposes including:
Giveaway hosts are strictly prohibited from:
Users must not sell or trade any information gathered through the platform. This includes participant data, user insights, contact information, or any other data collected through ScopliDrop's services. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
Violation of these data usage rules will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action. All data collection and usage must comply with applicable privacy laws including GDPR. For details on how ScopliDrop itself processes personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
Abusing custom share-link slugs is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:
Enforcement: Custom slugs are a premium feature (Business plan) designed for active giveaways. Accounts found abusing this system will have their custom slugs revoked and may face account suspension. We reserve the right to reclaim unused or abused slugs without notice.
The following behaviors are prohibited for all users on ScopliDrop, regardless of role:
Gifting or trading ScopliPoints and items between users is perfectly fine β generosity is encouraged. Scamming other users is not. If you make a promise β to send points, send an item, do a service, return a trade β you keep it. Be a person of your word. Defrauding another user is treated as fraud under Β§10 and is a permanent-ban offense.
Consequences:Confirmed scams are permanent-ban offenses plus forfeiture of any gained balance, items, or wins under Β§10. Victims should report through Discord support; we'll investigate and revoke the scammer's gains where possible, but we cannot guarantee recovery once points or items have been transferred.
ScopliDrop staff may occasionally reach out via Discord DM for legitimate reasons (prize delivery follow-up, partnerships, advertiser coordination, support follow-ups). Staff will never ask for your password, 2FA codes, ScopliPoints, prize transfers, or any form of payment in a DM. If anyone β even someone claiming to be staff β asks for those, it's a scam. When in doubt, open a ticket in our Discord support and verify there.
ScopliDrop uses automated and manual systems to keep the platform fair, including:
Entries or winnings obtained through fraudulent means will be voided.
ScopliPoints, lootboxes, and PvP minigames are part of the platform's reward economy. They are designed for fair, individual play. The behaviors below undermine that and are treated as exploits under Section 10, including the forfeiture rules.
We monitor wager patterns, win/loss flows between accounts, device and IP signals, and account relationships. Confirmed collusion or multi-accounting triggers the forfeiture rules in Section 10:
Mild first-offense cases may receive a warning at our discretion. Repeat or coordinated abuse will not.
π€ Our Philosophy
We want everyone to have a great experience on ScopliDrop. Most issues can be resolved through communication, but serious violations require action to protect our community.
For minor violations or first-time offenses. A chance to learn and come back better.
For serious violations or repeated offenses. May extend to:
If you are banned for exploiting bugs, abusing systems, or otherwise gaining ScopliPoints, lootbox rewards, or prizes through unintended means, we reserve the right to wipe your balance and revoke any items, lootbox rewards, or prizes won through ScopliDrop. This includes:
This applies whether the gains were directly produced by the exploit or accumulated during the period the exploit was active. Forfeiture is not appealable on its own when the underlying exploit is confirmed.
Using an alternate Discord account to bypass an existing ban is itself a serious violation and is treated more harshly than the original offense. If detected:
We use device fingerprinting, IP signals, and behavioral patterns to identify alts. Sharing a device or network with another banned user is not by itself ban evasion. Acting on behalf of, or coordinating with, a banned user is.
π Found a Bug? Tell Us.
If you discover a bug, exploit, or security issue, report it through our Discord support. Good-faith reports are welcomed and will not be punished, even if you had to interact with the bug to confirm it exists.
Significant disclosures may be rewarded at our discretion (ScopliPoints, premium time, or public credit). This is not a formal bug bounty program. Rewards are case-by-case and depend on impact and report quality.
If you spot a giveaway, server, or user violating these Guidelines, please tell us through our Discord support. Reports are reviewed by our team and handled confidentially.
Helpful info to include: a link to the giveaway or server, screenshots, and a short description of what's wrong.
We may update these Guidelines as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated through our Discord and noted on this page's "Last Updated" date. Continued use of ScopliDrop after changes implies acceptance of the updated Guidelines.
