Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

To use ScopliDrop, you must meet the minimum age requirement for your region and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• Minimum age: 13 years old globally (Discord's requirement)
• EU residents: 15 years old, in line with French GDPR digital consent age (Article 8 GDPR / Loi Informatique et Libertés)
• Users below the minimum age require explicit, verifiable parental consent
• Legal capacity to agree to terms and conditions
• Must comply with local laws regarding online contests and giveaways

2. Account Registration

Some features of ScopliDrop may require account registration or Discord authentication.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
• One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate giveaways is prohibited.

3. Billing & Refunds

ScopliDrop offers subscription plans for advanced features. Billing is handled through secure third-party payment processors.

Basic Billing Policy:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions, which also satisfies the EU 14-day withdrawal right under Directive 2011/83/EU. Refunds may be reduced or denied where the service has been substantially used during the period (e.g. running multiple paid giveaways, claiming premium features at scale) to prevent abuse.
• Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion and require valid reasoning.
• Violations leading to account termination void any refund eligibility.
• You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings.

Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will affect your subscription only upon your next billing cycle.

4. Use of the Service

ScopliDrop allows users to:

• Participate in giveaways by completing optional tasks.
• Host giveaways via connected Discord servers (if authorized).
• Create and manage tasks including social actions (e.g., follow on X/Twitter), form submissions, or Discord engagement.
• Access features based on your subscription tier.
• Earn ScopliPoints, spin the community lootbox, play PvP mini-games, bid in community auctions, and complete optional offerwall tasks for additional engagement rewards.

You agree not to:

• Use bots or automation to cheat or spam giveaways.
• Manipulate task systems, prize delivery, or user data.
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Infringe on third-party rights or break any applicable law.

Users can create various engagement tasks including social media interactions, form submissions, website visits, and other verification activities. Task types and availability may vary based on subscription tier and platform capabilities.

5A. Community Guidelines

Specific rules for hosting giveaways, participating, and conducting yourself on ScopliDrop are set out in our Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms. By using ScopliDrop, you agree to comply with the Community Guidelines. In case of conflict between the Community Guidelines and these Terms, these Terms prevail.

The Community Guidelines cover:

• Free Entry Policy. Every giveaway must be free to enter; no purchase or payment required
• Prohibited Content. Illegal goods, NSFW, scams, malicious links, impersonation, etc.
• Public Listings. Requirements for community-listed giveaways and host obligations
• Use of Participant Data. What hosts can and cannot do with data collected via tasks
• Custom Slugs & Anti-Abuse. Rules against camping, squatting, and mass claiming
• User Conduct & Enforcement. Cheating, harassment, ban tiers, and appeals

Violations of the Community Guidelines are violations of these Terms and may result in giveaway removal, loss of platform features, or permanent account termination depending on severity.

6. Platform Integrity and Fairness

ScopliDrop is committed to maintaining the highest standards of fairness and integrity. Our platform uses transparent algorithms and verification systems to ensure legitimate giveaway operations.

We employ various anti-fraud measures including:

• Device and IP tracking to identify suspicious patterns
• Account age verification and activity monitoring
• Task completion verification through APIs and smart detection
• Community reporting systems for flagging problematic content

Users who attempt to manipulate the platform, create fake entries, or engage in fraudulent behavior will be permanently banned. We reserve the right to void any giveaway entries or winnings obtained through fraudulent means.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and tools provided by ScopliDrop remain the property of Scoplify or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without explicit permission.

7.2 Your Content

"Your Content" means anything you submit through the Service, including giveaway titles and descriptions, prize details, task instructions, server names and icons, profile information, images you upload, and any other materials you transmit through ScopliDrop.

You keep ownership of Your Content. By submitting Your Content, you grant Scoplify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, modify (for technical purposes such as resizing or formatting), distribute, and publicly promote Your Content for the purpose of operating, providing, and promoting the Service. This includes the right to feature Your Content on our website, blog, social media, Discord, and other promotional channels.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content, that Your Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, and that Your Content does not violate any applicable law.

This license ends when you remove Your Content from the Service or when your account is closed, with two exceptions: (a) reasonable backup copies retained for technical, security, or legal compliance, and (b) Your Content already published or shared with third parties (for example, a giveaway approved for Community Listings or featured in a blog post) may continue to be hosted in those public records.

7.3 Copyright & IP Infringement Reports

If you believe content on ScopliDrop infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you can submit a notice to us. To process your report efficiently, please include:

• Identification of the protected work or right you claim is infringed
• The exact location of the allegedly infringing content (URL, giveaway link, server name, etc.)
• Your contact information (name, email, and where applicable, postal address)
• A statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

Send notices to contact@scoplidrop.com or via our Discord support. We review reports in good faith and remove or restrict content we determine to be infringing within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts found to be repeat infringers will be terminated under Section 8.

Counter-notices. If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice through the same channels, including: identification of the removed content and its prior location; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error; and your contact information and signature. Where appropriate, we will reinstate the content after review.

We reserve the right to forward notices and counter-notices to the affected parties to facilitate resolution. Submitting a knowingly false notice is a violation of these Terms and may incur legal liability under applicable law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ScopliDrop if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. The Guidelines describe specific banned behaviors, ban tiers (temporary vs. permanent), and the appeals process. We rely on the framework set out there to apply enforcement consistently.

Depending on the severity of the violation, enforcement may include warnings, removal of giveaways, loss of features, temporary bans, or permanent bans extending to IP addresses, Discord accounts, and associated entities. Severe violations may be applied without prior warning.

9. Disclaimers

ScopliDrop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for reliable service, we cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That all giveaway hosts will deliver promised prizes
• The accuracy of all user-submitted content
• Protection against all forms of fraud or abuse

Users participate in giveaways at their own risk and are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of prizes and organizers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scoplify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from fraudulent giveaways or undelivered prizes
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of user data

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of ScopliDrop shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scoplify, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Giveaways, content, or materials you host, submit, or distribute through the Service
• Prize-delivery disputes or regulatory issues arising from a giveaway you host
• Your violation of these Terms, the Community Guidelines, the Lootbox Rules, the Offerwall Terms, or any applicable law
• Your infringement of any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• Your misuse of the Service, including cheating, fraud, or harassment of other users
• Any content submitted by you that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense in good faith.

This obligation does not apply to claims arising from our own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of these Terms, and is limited where applicable consumer protection laws (including under French and EU law) restrict indemnification by individual consumers acting outside any professional or commercial activity. This Section survives termination of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, applicable laws, or other legitimate business reasons. When we make significant changes, we will:

• Post the updated Terms on our website
• Notify users through our Discord community
• Send email notifications (if applicable)
• Provide at least 30 days notice for material changes

Continued use of ScopliDrop after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. You agree to resolve any disputes through competent courts in that jurisdiction.

14. Dispute Resolution

EU residents may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform to resolve disputes: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Force Majeure

ScopliDrop is not liable for delays, interruptions, or failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, without limitation, outages or policy changes affecting Discord, Stripe, hosting providers, or other third-party services we depend on; internet or telecommunications failures; cyberattacks; natural disasters; war or civil unrest; and changes in applicable law or regulation. We will use reasonable efforts to restore the Service when such events end.

16. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Community Guidelines, Lootbox Rules, Offerwall Terms, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Scoplify regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
